Reiki Certification / Training
Reiki is a gentle healing modality rooted in the understanding that we are all interconnected and expressions of divine source energy. It is a loving, universal life force energy that is guided through intention, awareness, spirit, vibrational frequency, and touch. This deeply restorative metaphysical practice supports the body’s natural ability to heal and return to balance within the mind, body, and spirit.
Reiki Level I, II, and Master Reiki training weaves together the traditional teachings of Usui Reiki with therapeutic yoga, mindfulness, and holistic healing practices. Through this work, we strengthen intuition, expand energetic awareness, and deepen our connection to universal consciousness for the highest good of all. The heart of this practice and training is to guide the soul back toward its natural state of harmony, vitality, and joyful living.
Reiki is a spiritual healing practice with origins in Japan. The word Reiki is derived from the Japanese words Rei, meaning “Universal Life,” and Ki, meaning “Energy.” Together, they describe a profound system of subtle energy healing that works with spiritually guided life force energy to support restoration and well-being.
Life force energy flows through all living beings. Reiki practitioners recognize that each person has the innate ability to connect with their own healing energy and use it to nurture themselves and support others. When this energy is balanced and flowing freely, the body and mind are more likely to experience vitality and wellness. When energy becomes stagnant, depleted, or blocked, it may contribute to emotional, physical, or spiritual imbalance.
Reiki is traditionally offered in one-on-one sessions between a practitioner and client, or within small group gatherings often called “Reiki Shares,” where practitioners exchange healing sessions with one another. It can also be beautifully integrated into community experiences such as yoga classes, meditation circles, and soul-centered gatherings. Reiki sessions are calming, restorative, and nurturing experiences that help release stress and tension while supporting healing on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. It is a deeply supportive self-care practice that encourages greater balance, peace, and overall well-being.
