Root Chakra | Being Fearless

What to Expect:
Fear is something we all experience. It is something that stops us in our tracks, prevents forward movement and keeps us stuck.

Being fearless is a conscious practice and becoming aware of our fear, realizing how ego, fear, attachment and aversion create an illusion in the mind. Then armed with this awareness, being courageous, taking active conscious steps to overcome fear and move forward in our spiritual evolution.

Please join Abigail Merritt on February 14th for an empowering root chakra workshop that will give you the tools to become fearless in all aspects of your life. Abigail is a Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master with a Bachelors in Psychology and a focus in Health and Wellness. She brings education and experience from different backgrounds cultivating a unique fresh teaching style to holistic health, wellness, yoga, and mindfulness. She is passionate about sharing this profound wisdom with the world.

Root Chakra Practices for cleansing and clearing the physical, energetic, mental, intuitive and spiritual body:

  • A little bit of refreshments and socializing to enhance community and connection.

Full Moon Yoga Series

Step into something a little magical.

Our Full Moon Series is an outdoor yoga experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and align with the natural rhythm of each lunar cycle. From May through October, we gather under the open sky for evenings that blend movement, breath, sound, and stillness into one deeply nourishing practice.

Each session is inspired by the unique energy of that month’s full moon—from the blooming Flower Moon to the grounding Harvest Moon—with a thoughtfully guided flow and a personalized gift to match. We’ll begin with gentle breathwork and an intentional yoga flow, supported by hands-on assists and Reiki, then melt into a restorative yoga nidra accompanied by a soothing sound bath.

As the evening winds down, we gather by the fire for a simple and meaningful intention-burning ritual—letting go of what no longer serves and making space for what’s to come.
