The Path to Joy

200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Embark on the Journey Back to Yourself

The Path to Joy is a transformative 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training designed to help you cultivate presence, purpose, and inner peace. More than a certification program, this experience is an invitation to live yoga as a daily practice—both on and off the mat.

Through experiential learning, self-study, movement, mindfulness, and spiritual connection, students are guided through practices that support cleansing and balancing the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. This training offers the tools, wisdom, and support needed to live with greater awareness, authenticity, and joy.

Our in-person training is held in the sacredness of small-group settings, creating a deeply supportive environment for personal growth, healing, and transformation.
