The Path to Joy is a transformative 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training designed to help you cultivate presence, purpose, and inner peace. More than a certification program, this experience is an invitation to live yoga as a daily practice—both on and off the mat.
Through experiential learning, self-study, movement, mindfulness, and spiritual connection, students are guided through practices that support cleansing and balancing the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. This training offers the tools, wisdom, and support needed to live with greater awareness, authenticity, and joy.
Our in-person training is held in the sacredness of small-group settings, creating a deeply supportive environment for personal growth, healing, and transformation.

Areas of Study
Yoga Training Techniques & Practice:
Gain an in-depth understanding of yoga postures, alignment, modifications, sequencing, and the therapeutic benefits of practice. Students are introduced to a variety of styles including: Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Chair & Limited Mobility Yoga. You will also learn how to create intentional class experiences, hold safe and supportive spaces, and design classes for diverse populations and needs.
Breathwork, Meditation & Mindfulness:
Students explore pranayama, mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques, and meditation practices that cultivate emotional balance, mental clarity, and nervous system regulation.
Anatomy & Physiology:
Study both the physical and energetic body through: Muscular and skeletal anatomy, Connective tissue and nervous system function, Injury prevention and movement imbalances, Functional movement principles and kinetic chains, Subtle body anatomy and the chakra system.
Students learn how physical, emotional, and energetic patterns influence overall health and well-being.
Teaching Methodology:
Our teaching philosophy is rooted in the understanding that yoga teachers embody the practice they share. Students learn how to: Lead classes with confidence and authenticity; Offer verbal, energetic, and hands-on guidance; Hold compassionate, trauma-aware spaces; Support the reintegration of mind, body, and spirit through yoga.
Yoga Philosophy & Spiritual Connection:
This training is deeply grounded in classical yogic teachings including: The Eight-Limbed Path, Ayurveda, Vedanta Philosophy, Chakra Studies, Energetic Anatomy, Pranayama & Spiritual Practices.
Students are encouraged to cultivate a meaningful relationship with yoga as a lifelong path of self-discovery and conscious living.

There are no prerequisites for this training. No prior yoga experience is necessary—only an open mind, willingness to learn, and commitment to practice.
This program is designed for all levels, and we meet each student exactly where they are on their journey.

Standard Tuition: $3,250
Only one discount may be applied per student.
Important Information
Due to the intimate nature of this training, class size is intentionally limited and enrollment is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
If schedule conflicts arise, students may transfer into another training session when available. Make-up classes are also offered for unexpected absences.
Classes follow the traditional school calendar, with national holidays observed as breaks.
